READI - Readiness for Education At a Distance Indicator
This web-based tool assesses students’ likelihood for succeeding in an online learning program.  READI indicates the degree to which an individual student possesses attributes that contribute to success in online learning, including:

v     Learning styles - based on the multiple intelligences model
v     Individual attributes - motivation, procrastination, etc.
v     Technical competency
v     On-screen reading speed and comprehension
v     Typing speed and accuracy

FacultyFinder.com - A global database of individuals interested in teaching online courses

This service is currently under development.  Targeted deployment date is January, 2004.  FacultyFinder.com will serve educational institutions by providing them with a database of individuals with the credentials and online teaching experience needed to make an online program a success.

PostCourse - Standardized and/or custom end-of-course evaluations for distance learning courses

Educational institutions use PostCourse to evaluate the perceived effectiveness of distance learning courses.  These evaluations aid institutions in overall quality improvement and serve as key evaluative instruments in a self-study process.  For more information on PostCourse contact mac@decadeconsulting.com.

TestProctors.com - Database of pre-approved testing proctors.

Educational institutions will use TestProctors.com to identify pre-approved proctors.  DECADE will verify identity, classifications, and resources for each of the proctors in the system.  Students and schools will be able to search the database to find local proctors in this international database.  This solution is still underdevelopment and will be released soon.

In-FACT - Integration Frequencies of Actual Classroom Technology
In-FACT is a web-based, self-assessment of the inventory and integration of instructional technology. The intuitive interface allows faculty members and students to quickly and conveniently report the integration of various technologies.  In-FACT not only measures what technology items are being used, but also modalities and frequencies of usage. 

OurIMPACT.com

OurIMPACT is used to survey teachers as to their use and student use of technology. OurIMPACT measures all of the benchmarks in the IMPACT document supplied by the Alabama State Department of Education under the Learning, Technology Integration, Professional Development, and Environment objectives. OurIMPACT also creates the survey tally spreadsheet that is used in reporting IMPACT data to the Alabama State Department of Education.

InstaHe!p - Add live chat help to your distance learning center's website

With InstaHe!p students, prospective students, and faculty members can simply click one link and without having to download any special software be in a chat session with a support person on you distance learning staff.  If a support person is not available at that moment, the user will be informed that an email is being sent to your support person.

SurveySaid - Custom survey development, deployment, and reporting
